How Feedback Improves Care.

Five orange and white infographic panels displaying survey results. The first panel shows 100% satisfaction with helpfulness. The second shows 100% felt heard and understood. The third shows 96.6% felt strategies discussed would help reach goals. The fourth shows 96.6% felt safe to speak honestly. The fifth shows 96.6% would recommend Lumera to others.

Continuous quality improvement is embedded within the Lumera model of care. We invite clients to share feedback following each session and at the conclusion of treatment, allowing us to evaluate outcomes, refine our service and strengthen the care we provide. Their feedback consistently reinforces the importance of compassionate conversations, individualised recovery planning and continuity of support throughout recovery.

It starts with a client session, followed by post-session survey, outcome insights, clinical reflection, service improvements, refined care pathways, better recovery outcomes, and ongoing evaluation, with arrows connecting each step in a continuous cycle.
